Excellent Vintage BV is the controller responsible for the processing of personal data as described in this privacy policy.

2. What data do we process and why?

2a. Google Analytics (analytics cookies)

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our website. Data processed includes: IP address (anonymised), pages visited, session duration and device type.

Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)
Processor: Google LLC, USA — data processing under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC)
Retention: 14 months (default GA4 setting)
Opt-out: you may refuse via the cookie banner at the bottom of our website

2b. Cal.com (warehouse visit booking)

Via the booking widget on our booking page, we process data you enter yourself: name, email address, phone number and your preferred date and time.

Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
Processor: Calscheduling Inc. (Cal.com), USA — Cal.com privacy policy
Retention: booking data is kept as long as necessary to fulfil the appointment and meet legal obligations (max. 7 years)
Opt-out: if you declined cookies, the Cal.com widget will not load. You can still contact us directly via WhatsApp or email.

2c. Contact data (email and WhatsApp)

When you contact us by email (info@excellent-vintage.com) or WhatsApp (+31 6 51 57 11 67), we process the personal data you share (name, email, phone number, message).

Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — responding to your enquiry
WhatsApp: messages sent via WhatsApp are processed by Meta Platforms Inc. (USA). See WhatsApp privacy policy
Retention: correspondence is kept for a maximum of 2 years

3. Do we share data with third parties?

Excellent Vintage BV shares personal data only with the processors described in section 2 (Google LLC for analytics, Calscheduling Inc. for bookings, Meta Platforms for WhatsApp). We never sell your data to third parties.

4. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

Access: you can request to see which data we hold about you
Rectification: you can ask us to correct inaccurate data
Erasure: you can request deletion of your data
Objection: you can object to processing based on legitimate interest
Withdraw consent: you can withdraw cookie consent at any time by reloading the page and declining in the banner, or by clearing your browser cookies
Complaint: you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl)

Our website is hosted on Vercel (CDN + HTTPS). Vercel processes technical log data (IP addresses, request logs) in accordance with their privacy policy. We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
