No. Booking costs nothing, you pay only on the day after picking your bales. SEPA, card or cash on-site — no surcharges.

Free cancellation up to 24h before. After that it still costs nothing, but please email or WhatsApp Patrick. We don't block slots from other resellers if you no-show.

No. We work by appointment only — otherwise we can't prep your visit and you'd be on the floor with 3 other resellers. Each slot is 2 hours, exclusively yours.

Up to 4 per group. Free. Handy if you come with a business partner or a fellow reseller.

No. At 15–20 tonnes a month it's physically impossible. Bales are pre-sorted by brand and grade before you arrive. During your visit you pick the bales that fit — not the individual pieces.
